Colourcoil Industries utilises the State-of-the-Art Continuous Paint Line Technology to bring to our customers high quality prepainted products in the form of coils or sheets. Customised coating services are also provided for our discerning clients.

Brilliant Finishes are obtained as a result of excellent paint quality and manufacturing process. To ensure and maintain consistent production quality, all manufacturing processes are constantly audited and quality control tests are regularly carried out by Colourcoil’s in-house testing Laboratory.

The latest computer controlled continuous colour coating line has the capability of applying a wide range of coatings to the full range of strip products. Superior levels of product quality and customer service is accomplished through the involvement and dedication of all employees, review of quality objectives, and the continual enhancements in quality system effectiveness.

All coatings are lead-free and specially formulated, applied and cured using Infra-red technology. As such, high quality finishes are achieved giving skin & blister free formation with no edge build-up. Surface Pin-holes are also eliminated.

Colourcoil proprietary Infra-Red paint system further guarantees excellent weathering resistance against peeling, cracking, flaking and dirt pick-up.
